Getting Started with Pro
Follow these steps to enable Cloud Sync and Email Reminders in your extension.
Setup Process

Create an Account
Go to the Account page in your Extension Settings and sign up with a username and password

Verify Your Email
Check your inbox and click the verification link - your email must be verified to subscribe

Subscribe to Pro
Click "Manage Subscription" to start your Pro subscription ($6/month)

Activate Features
Click "Refresh Status" if your Pro features don't activate automatically
Note: Once activated, you can enable Cloud Sync and Email Reminders individually in the extension's Sync settings page.

After creating an account, you can enable cloud sync and email reminders in the extension settings Sync page.
Email Frequency
Avoid email overload—reminders are bundled when needed. High-frequency reminders are automatically grouped into a single daily email to keep things simple.
For frequent reminders (every hour or less)
These are grouped into one daily email, sent at 9 AM UTC, to keep things simple and avoid clutter.
For less frequent reminders (more than an hour apart)
These reminders send an individual email each time they’re scheduled.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Your Cloud Sync and Email Reminders will stop working, but all your existing reminders will remain on your device. You can reactivate anytime to restore cloud features.
Can I use these features on multiple devices?
Yes! Cloud Sync works across all your devices where you have the extension installed and are signed in to the same account.
Do I need to keep my browser open for email reminders?
No, that's the main benefit! Email reminders are sent from our servers, so you'll get notified even if your browser is closed or your device is asleep.
How often do email reminders get sent?
Email reminders are sent every 15 minutes and include all upcoming reminders within that time period. Frequent reminders (every hour or less) are bundled into one daily email at 9 AM UTC to avoid spam. Less frequent reminders get individual emails.
Why are some reminders bundled into daily emails?
To prevent email overload, reminders that repeat every hour or more frequently are automatically grouped into a single daily summary email. This keeps your inbox clean while ensuring you don't miss important reminders.
When will email reminders start working after I upgrade?
Email reminders may take up to 15 minutes to start working after upgrading to Pro. This is normal as our system needs time to sync your new subscription status.
What if my Pro features aren't working?
Make sure your email is verified and try clicking "Refresh Status" in the extension settings. If issues persist, the extension includes a support contact option.
